0) The link in the email doesn't work?
You have to login to your accounton Agility Vision before the download link will work, because it is associated with your account.

1) How do I play the video downloads?
I recommend using VLC to play the videos. It is free and available on both Mac and Windows.

2) What do I do with the .zip files? How do I play them?
The Challenger round and Finals round are .zip files, meaning you have to unzip them before you can play them. I recommend and use IZArc, which is free. Mac's should have unzip capability built into computer.

3) My computer says the file is corrupt or invalid?
The Challenger Round and Finals round videos are very large 270 megabytes and 380 megabytes, after you finish downloading them, check the size and see if it matches. If not then the download didn't finish and you need to do it again.
